Standard processing ranges from preparation of stock items to scheduling of consolidated freight. Custom finishes and large volumes may require additional lead time.

Provide accurate delivery details, contact persons, and access constraints (elevators, loading docks, time windows). For heavy or oversized items, ensure adequate doorway and corridor clearance.

4. Shipping Costs

Charges depend on weight, volume, destination, and service level. For contract pricing or recurring orders, bespoke delivery terms can be arranged.

5. Tracking & Updates

Tracking information is provided when available. For consolidated shipments with multiple pallets, milestones may be shared by our logistics partners.

6. Receipt of Goods

Installation note: For desks, storage systems, and conference tables we recommend professional assembly. If you require disposal of old furniture, ask about add-on services before delivery.

7. International & Customs

For cross-border deliveries, local taxes, duties, and import clearance may apply. We can provide commercial invoices and packing lists to support customs formalities.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays beyond reasonable control (weather events, strikes, port congestion, regulatory inspections). We will communicate material delays as soon as practicable.
