2. Eligibility & Purpose

3. Ordering & Acceptance

  1. Orders may be placed online or via written purchase order following a quotation.
  2. All orders are subject to availability and formal acceptance by us.
  3. We may decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, non-compliant, or mispriced due to obvious error.

4. Pricing & Currency

Prices are shown in euros (€). Wholesale pricing may vary by quantity, configuration, and lead time. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, duties, and delivery charges. Quotes, if provided, indicate validity windows and scope.

Unless separately agreed, payment is due before dispatch. You authorize us to use secure payment processors and acknowledge that your payment provider’s terms also apply. We may require deposit or full prepayment for custom orders.

7. Delivery & Risk

Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier or to your appointed logistics partner. Title passes after full payment is received. You agree to provide accurate delivery instructions and to ensure safe access for bulky items.

8. Inspection & Acceptance of Goods

Inspect shipments upon delivery. Notify us promptly of shortages or transit damage and keep packaging for assessment. Latent defects must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.

9. Returns & Cancellations

Return eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Custom and made-to-order goods are generally non-cancelable after production has begun.

10. Warranties

Goods are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

11. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost revenue or downtime). Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Paris.
